By accessing the ELIX Arena, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the absolute secrecy of your induction credentials.
02. CODE OF CONDUCT
The Arena is a space for serious technical advancement. Users are expected to engage in "Clean Combat." Prohibited activities include unauthorized scripting or scraping.
03. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Arena, including its user interface, algorithms, problem curated sets, and "ELIX" branding, is the exclusive property of its creators.
04. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Arena is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding 100% server uptime during live combat duels.
