Engagement.

By accessing the ELIX Arena (henceforth "the Arena"), you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. Initiation into the Arena registries requires valid identification. You are responsible for maintaining the absolute secrecy of your induction credentials.

Any unauthorized access or compromise of induction secrets must be reported immediately to system administrators via the encrypted feedback channels.

The Arena is a space for serious technical advancement. Users are expected to engage in "Clean Combat." Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or unauthorized scripting.
• Automated scraping of problem sets or specialized user telemetry.
• Disruptive behavior in global rank hierarchies or during active duels.

The Arena, including its user interface, algorithms, problem curated sets, and "ELIX" branding, is the exclusive property of its creators. All rights are reserved under global digital protocols.

User-submitted solutions remain the property of the initiator, however, by submitting code, you grant the Arena a non-exclusive license to execute, analyze, and test said code for ranking purposes.

The Arena is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding system uptime or the absolute persistence of ranking data. In no event shall the Arena administrators be liable for any digital loss, loss of ranks, or psychological stress resulting from challenging Aptitude problems.

System administrators reserve the right to terminate induction privileges for any user found in violation of the Protocol. Re-initiation under a second identity after a primary ban is strictly forbidden.
